Excellent customer service from the first call asking about the car to receiving it delivered to the house. Jimmy kept me updated on progress, took his time to make sure I was comfortable and happy with every element of the service. The car was beautiful and as a gift for my daughters birthday, Jimmy made sure it was extra clean and well presented on arrival. It was fully serviced and all the documentation was sorted and ready to go. I know this is probably what you expect when buying a car however, in my experience it doesn’t always work out that way. This purchase was an exception to the norm and therefore, I wanted to make sure I left a review to promote the service I received. Thanks for everything, you have a very satisfied customer.

I only knew one way of buying an expensive car… test drive first and then decide … but there was no Velar with similar price or spec close to us hence I decided to try Nextgen Autos. I use to work in a renowned car dealership myself and I know when someone is genuinely interested in helping customers and not just trying to make a quick sale and this dealer was a very nice person with pleasing manners and his service was courteous and helpful. The car was in good condition and price was right. I was never pushed into buying the car rather given all the information I asked for also all options of payment, delivery etc. Good people to deal with … highly recommend.
