Excellent customer service by dealer in arranging all the details for the car and keeping me updated all the time. A very polite staff member Abhi assisted me with video call and it was pleasure dealing with them. Upon arrival, Abhi helped me with the paperwork and ensure all things were in order. I chose to come from Scotland all the way and it was worth 100%. I interacted with a few other dealerships but none compared to this one. When I decide to change my car, I will definitely come back to them.

We drove from Liverpool to test drive the car. We were pleasantly impressed with the car and also with the owner of this dealership. We never felt rushed or subjected to a pushy sales pitch rather completely opposite to previous experiences elsewhere. It was a friendly environment and we love the car.

From the onsit Jimmy was efficient and easy to deal with. There was never a feeling of being pushed for a sale rather a genuine & helpful experience. Jimmy was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. The quality of the cars that were available to look at was extremely high. I travelled up to make the purchase, the dealer arranged for me to be picked up from train station. Prashant picked me up from the train station and bought the car I was interested in so I could drive it. It was very nice to have a long test drive and Jimmy made sure I was happy with everything before finalising the purchase. Very happy with car and dealership. Highly recommend
