Waste of time. I paid £27,000 for a car that was supposedly in brilliant condition. Had a fuzzy video call around the car before buying it. I specifically asked about the condition of the alloys and was told they were all perfect with no curb marks. They delivered the car, which took them about 2 and a half hours, so you would think that the car would be in the condition that they’ve told me.3 out of the 4 alloys were curbed. I don’t mean a little bit either, they were really bad. All of the marks had been covered with either pen or paint to try and hide them. The same for various stone chips. The bodywork also had a lot of light scratches. It just hadn’t been looked after.This was my first distance purchase and I wouldn’t do one again.The only positive part was I got my money refunded immediately after I rejected the delivery.

We take your feedback very seriously and upon investigating your claims, firstly we would like to thank you for correctly pointing out that we refunded your money on the same day. Secondly we have checked all our call recordings and texts with you and to our credit they paint a completely different picture. As per your own texts with us the video was great, in-depth and our colleague was very helpful, you never raised any concerns about the quality of video call or about the car with us at all ! As per our text records and call recordings you asked us to proceed and arrange delivery. It’s not in our interest as a business to send a car out for delivery at our cost knowing it’s not ready for a genuine customer . You left this review on the day we sold the car to someone else and it went off autotrader. Incidentally the only important detail not included in your feedback is that, you wanted us to reduce the car price to £26000 from £27000 list price ,which we humbly declined before delivery. Sadly for us, you had us drive 342 miles round journey at only our loss in time and monetary expense to your doorstep only for you to try and budge us down from agreed price again. The only party whose time and money was wasted was us! What should had been a great service experience for any other customer where if the customer didn’t like the car, they are under no pressure to buy and the dealer gives full refund straight away has been portrayed in bad faith. Jimmy, was a great guy. Very patient with us/me and did everything he could to make sure we were confident, happy buyers. Love my Jaguar I-Pace - amazing car at an amazing price.

A fantastic buying experience from start to finish. How refreshing to meet a genuinely nice,small independent dealer who a)sells electric vehicles and b) really cares about his customers. After being treated very poorly by Tesla used approved but knowing we wanted one(aTesla3) I chanced on Next Gen. My phone call was quickly returned and we went over to see the car. It proved better than described if possible . Jimmy is lovely and made sure my partner drove and was happy in the car as well as me . We left a small( far smaller than Tesla wanted) deposit and received a call from his preferred finance company as we drove home. They knew him personally and we're very complimentary about his cars and him. Everything from drive to collection occurred within4 working days. Moreover Jimmy happily offered what we wanted for our px without any haggling at all and the car is stunning,a full MOT applied just before collection. He even charged it up for our journey home. We're absolutely delighted and we would recommend Next Gen Autos to anyone.

I can't speak more highly of NextGen Autos. Jimmy was an absolute pleasure to deal with - straightforward, courteous, easy to communicate with, quick to respond, never pushy. I immediately felt I could trust him. The car was at a reasonable price, and seamlessly delivered to my door.

Car was as described over the phone. This was the first car I purchased without viewing it. Salesman was honest in description of the car. Finance rate was very competitive and they even delivered the car to Leeds. Thanks a lot guys:)

I would recommend Nextgen Autos to any family or friend because Jimmy is absolutely amazing. He is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. He was wonderful from start to finish even though there was a change half way through-nothing flustered him and he couldn't have been more accomodating. Always cheerful and very friendly. I had a really good experience buying from Nextgen. Jimmy was really helpful and friendly and went out of his way to help us. We bought a Range Rover Velar a few months ago and we haven’t had any issues at all. I would definitely recommend and will be back when our other car is due an upgrade.
